If it is a fact that creation/destruction is simultaneous,

doesn't this necessitate a someone or something to observe

that it is a fact that creation and destruction happens simultaneously?

It's the contrary of that.

No one is constructed who can observe it.

Thus, one sees that all observers are equal in this sense and

the observer is the reality that is observed, and is no more or less real.

Transitory, relative, fluctuating, never held finally

or ultimately anywhere.

If there is no one or nothing to observe it, how can it be said

that any creation or destruction has happened simultaneously

... or that there are even any facts for that matter?

Because the "no one" is not the negation of a someone.

This is the difficulty with teachings that use the way of negation.

They imply that something is not……

… which requires the something to have some kind of meaning

or relation… .. by not being here.

There is nothing missing.

There is nothing that is not here.

So this "no one" is not a negation, is not the absence of being aware..

. nor is it a presence, which would be a relative judgment.

Neither is it an absolute, for the same reason.

Thus, it's a matter of directly being aware as this.....

..... without reliance on words, concepts..

.. or the negation of words, or negating a concept.

Thus, the question, for who/m is it a fact?

It is a fact for......... through whom.........relative realities construct...

as if …a construction took place......

......for whom time/experience is experienced…...

.….. as if ……..there was time for an experience.
